What this is
$COMEBACK (Comeback Arc) is a memecoin for Arc, the Layer-1 blockchain built by Circle where transaction fees are paid in USDC. The character is Pepe with a greatsword strapped to his back, coming back. That is the entire product.
The token has no utility, no roadmap, no treasury, no governance, no yield and no team promises. It is a picture of a frog on the most institutional chain ever built. The site exists to explain the joke precisely, and to make sure you connect to the right network and the right contract.
Source boundary
Everything about the Arc network on this site — chain id, RPC, fee model, finality, validators, launch date — comes from Circle and Arc's own documentation and press material, linked on each page. Everything about the token that isn't yet true (contract, venue, supply) is stated as not yet true rather than filled in.
